Photography Guidelines at Parker Flower Farms

We are delighted to welcome photographers to Parker Flower Farms! Our fields provide a unique and seasonal backdrop for capturing special moments — from family portraits and engagements to styled shoots. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all photographers and their clients follow the guidelines below.

Booking & Access
  • Professional Use Only – Photography sessions are available to professional photographers who book in advance. The hours listed for photography are not general admission hours. Outside of scheduled sessions, public hours, and special events, the farm is closed — trespassing is prohibited.

  • How to Book – All sessions must be reserved through our Photography Booking Page. Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Guests – On weekends when the farm is open to the public, your clients’ general admission is included with your photography booking.

During Your Session
  • Respect the Flowers & Farm – Please take care not to trample flowers, enter restricted areas, or damage crops.

  • Props – Small photo props are welcome. Large items such as furniture or vehicles must be approved in advance. Please email info@parkerflowerfarms.com to coordinate any larger props.

  • Clean-Up – All trash, props, and personal items must be removed before leaving.

  • Respect Others – Sessions must not interfere with other guests, farm activities, or events taking place on the property.

  • Supervision of Children – Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Pet Policy – Friendly pets are welcome but must remain leashed, well-behaved, and cleaned up after. “Friendly” means safe with children, adults, and other animals.

Flowers & U-Pick

Photography bookings do not include u-pick flowers.

  • If your clients would like to pick a few flowers during their session (3–5 stems), that’s perfectly fine. For a little more variety, we offer mini mixes (10–15 stems) at a special photo session rate of $8. If you’d like additional flowers beyond that, U-pick is always available at our regular prices:

  • Sunflowers – $2 per stem or $25 per bucket

  • Wildflowers – $18 per bouquet cup

  • Please notify us ahead of time so we can provide the necessary supplies.

Weather & Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling – Session fees are non-refundable, but you may reschedule at any time, subject to availability. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your date.

  • Inclement Weather – If the farm determines that weather conditions make photography unsafe or unworkable, your session may be rescheduled.

Image Use

By booking a session at Parker Flower Farms, photographers and clients grant permission for the farm to share images taken on the property for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, with proper credit given to the photographer. If you prefer that images not be shared, please notify us in writing.
